2 weeks ago I had an unfortunate fall and am now going to be out for the rest of the 2011 UK season. I have fractured the Tibia Plateau (The top of my tibia, in the knee joint). This means that I am going to be on crutches for 6 weeks and then I am allowed to walk again!
So the first two weeks have gone pretty fast as I have been training in the gym with Shannon at Lakeside Health and Fitness. Shannon is working with me to keep me ‘ahead in the game’ as people would say. We are working on just keeping fit so that when I am allowed to strap back I am going to be fit and ready to get back where I left off!
Not the most exciting blog to read, better ones to come I promise… Haha!!
