Hey so as you may have saw in the last post I have started to train with Neil Shannon down at Liquid Leisure in his gym “Lakeside Health and Fitness”. I have only been training with him for 2 weeks and I have already seen a lot of improvement. I am looking forward to continuing my training with him and the impact it is going to have on my riding strength and fitness! I would really recommend you go down there and give the gym and book a session with Shannon!
